One-Time Purchases

All products sold through www.illumiarts.com are currently offered as one-time purchases unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout.

IllumiArts LLC does not currently offer recurring subscriptions or automatic renewal purchase plans.

Order Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible at hello@illumiarts.com, providing their order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers may request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Refunds

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Returns After Delivery

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Discretionary returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee where legally permitted.

This fee does not override applicable statutory cancellation rights or remedies for defective or nonconforming products.

Future Purchase Options

If IllumiArts introduces subscriptions, preorders, installment arrangements, or other purchase options in the future, the applicable cancellation and payment terms will be disclosed before customers complete their purchases.
