Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic and international return shipping are not free.

Q: What is the difference between Addressable RGB Led & RGB lights?

A: Addressable RGB (ARGB) is an advanced lighting technology that offers more versatility compared to traditional RGB. With ARGB, you have the ability to control each individual LED, allowing for more intricate and dynamic lighting effects. This means you can create impressive color cycling, flashing, sound syncing, and other captivating lighting patterns that were not possible with standard RGB lighting. It opens up a whole new level of customization and creativity in lighting setups.

Q: Do I need any special electrical equipment to use this light panel?

A: Nope! You can use your standard power outlet to keep it running. For international clients, get a local adaptor.

Q: Are the art panels all the same size?

A: 24.6”x 24.6”x1" is the standard (medium size), we have a few large sizes, check the website.

Q: What type of frames do you offer?

A: Original custom snap frame and fixed frame.

Q: Can I change my art?

A: Yes, frame is designed for changeable arts

Q: Can I use one smart devise to control lights for multi ILLUMIARTS?

A: Yes, setup and sync the first panel with the application and add additional ones to the devise, usually up to 8

 Q: What are the options for the art panels?

A: Currently, mirrored stainless steel and white powder painted Aluminum

 Q: Can I design my custom size panel?

A: Yes, send us the requirements.

 Q: What kind of lights are they?

A: We use low voltage 11watts (small size),14 watts (medium & Large sizes) addressable and RGB (red, green and blue) LEDs exclusively for the fixtures.

 Q: How do I set up the lights once I get them out of the box?

A: You can hang your new smart-panel lights anywhere, the same way that you would hang any other wall arts. Each box comes with screws. Contact us for any inquires. info@illumiarts.com

 Q: Do you need to shine some other light on the panel in order to see it?

A: Never! Illumiarts lights itself up, for your convenience.

 Q: Can I hide the cable cord?

A: Yes, depending on the wall construction, an electrician can be handy

Q: Can I add multiple panels on the wall and control the lights?

A: Yes, the remote application can be handle up multiple channel. Each panel needs to be set individually. Watch the installation video.

 Q: Can I locate the panel in wet or humid environment?

A: No, only in dry


What countries do you ship to?

We currently free ship to the United States. We ship worldwide. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard in stock shipping normally takes 5-8 days. All pre-orders 8-10 weeks. International air fight shipping times depend on the products and destination (1-2 weeks).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

All custom electronic items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all accessories and components intact. Any open package will not be accepted. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 30-45 days from when we receive the item(s).
